Join us for a vibrant community work party on Saturday, August 24th, as Bright Water and the Japanese Cultural and Community Center come together to care for our beloved school grounds. All families and community members are warmly invited to volunteer. There’s plenty to do, from maintaining the gardens to sprucing up our shared spaces.
Please bring along your shovels, rakes, gloves, pruning shears, and wheelbarrows to help with the tasks at hand. After a productive morning, we’ll gather for a potluck lunch—be sure to bring a delicious dish to share, along with your own picnic supplies (plates, cutlery, and napkins).
We look forward to seeing you there and working together to keep our school beautiful!
